GlobalCall provides international voice calling over the internet to mobile and landline numbers, along with a prepaid wallet, call packages, rewards and an agent/reseller program. GlobalCall is not a replacement for emergency services and cannot be used to call emergency numbers.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• One person may hold multiple accounts, but bonus abuse through fake accounts is prohibited.

• All calls are prepaid. Rates are shown per minute on our Rates page before you dial.
• Calls are billed only when answered. Rates may change; the rate shown at dial time applies to that call.
• Wallet balance is not cash and cannot be transferred outside the platform, except via approved agents.

Welcome bonuses, referral rewards and promotional minutes are offered at our discretion, may carry an expiry, and have no cash value. We may withdraw bonuses obtained through fraud or abuse.

• No spam, robocalls, telemarketing, harassment or illegal activity.
• No reselling via SIM boxes, auto-dialers or call-bypass equipment.
• No attempts to hack, overload or reverse-engineer the platform.

Agents must follow our pricing guidelines, treat customers honestly, and may not make promises on behalf of GlobalCall beyond these terms. Commission is paid as described in the Agent panel.

We work hard to deliver clear, reliable calls, but quality depends on your internet connection and partner networks. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the unused balance in your wallet.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
